Search the Scientific Literature
This is the comprehensive database maintained by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). It catalogs almost every abstract published in psychology and biomedical literature. Visit the site and search for “mindfulness” and any other relevant keywords. You can also filter by date and other criteria.

Browse the Scientific Literature
While this site requires paid membership to receive the most recent reports, they’ve been reviewing the most interesting new mindfulness research coming out each month since 2010. You can browse the archives here.
